Tohu Represents<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Inspired by the original logo created by Brian Flintoff:
We have drawn from the symbol of the K\u014dkako being the song bird of flute music. This represents the people and their connection to the voice and the call of taonga p\u016boro.<\/em><\/p>

The patterns, koru, kaperua, koiri<\/b>, that fall from the head of the manu and move through the body and around are thoughts, dreams, aspirations and support systems of community and people reviving and breathing life into \u2018ng\u0101 taonga p\u016boro me \u014dna oro, me \u014dna reo, me \u014dna tikanga\u2019.<\/p>

The green spiral form<\/b> indicates the breath and intention of the Mauri, the life force generated through collective activity and sharing of m\u0101tauranga M\u0101ori.<\/p>

This is encapsulated by the red sphere<\/b> rauponga p\u0101kati pattern representing our connections through whakapapa, the continuum of support, past, present and future.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
