Members are Al Fraser (taonga puoro), Ariana Tikao (taonga puoro &amp; vocals), Ruby Solly (taonga puoro, vocals &amp; cello), and Phil Boniface (double bass &amp; taonga puoro).<br \/>Their evocative music combines taonga p\u016boro, waiata, karakia and p\u016br\u0101kau (story) with a strong southern M\u0101ori influence, with the western instrumental elements of the cello and doublebass. Haumanu has grown from these initiatives.
